Like P and O at this time menu covers became very colourful. The covers shown here are part of a series water colour paintings of exotic looking flowers. The text of the actual menu inside was produced on a typewriter and possibly printed via a duplicator. The menus reproduced on this page are dated \thursday 11, and Friday 12th November 1971. There are four dated the 11th each with different flowers and three dated 12th also with different flowers.
